Respiratory Service (east Kent) – June 2026

The treatment was carried out in a dignified manner. I was told how each section would progress, kept up to date about any changes necessary. Very happy with everything.

Physiotherapy (musculoskeletal) – June 2026

The physio was outstanding in how they treated me. They listened to my concerns and were very supportive towards the problem with my shoulder.

Sexual health – June 2026

I was seen promptly and the nurse explained everything clearly. They were kind and did a fantastic job of putting me at ease.

Dietetics and Nutrition Services – June 2026

All the nurses and staff are attentive and so kind. They are lovely and listen to every concern.

The paediatrician was absolutely lovely. They really listened and took their time to understand and assess my son properly. They were thorough and didn't dismiss any of our concerns. They were honest and considerate and overall, just put us at ease and guided us through the process.

Hawkhurst Community Hospital – June 2026

Children’s Therapies – June 2026

The therapy assistant who worked with my son was very compassionate and understanding towards his needs. My son gravitated to them which made the support more effective and every session was productive. I appreciated all the advice and support regarding my son's needs and progression of his development.

Was seen on time, explained everything clearly to my child and made him feel comfortable before anything happened.
