Respiratory Service (east Kent and Medway) – August 2026

The nurse was very thorough, and I was well informed about my condition. This has made me understand my condition more clearly and how to manage it better.

East Sussex Children’s Integrated Therapy and Equipment Service – August 2026

The therapist was very nice and listened well to my son. They were also very informative and very helpful. My son was very comfortable talking to them.

Westbrook House – August 2026

I had someone with me most of the time and they took me out, helped me at meal times and included me in group activities.

Virtual wards – August 2026

Very convenient, easy for the patient to receive care in the comfort of our home. Excellent support; caring nurses, home visit and two calls a day or video.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service – August 2026

Gave me confidence and I learnt a lot about my condition. Lovely staff, very helpful, well organised, good warm ups and stretches at the end.

Victoria Hospital, Deal – August 2026

Due to the professional care and understanding I am able to be discharged with the confidence that I have the knowledge to manage independently.

In an emergency – August 2026

Friendly, helpful reception staff and the nurse practitioner who saw me was excellent; empathetic and kind. Waiting time was much less than I expected. The whole area was clean and well maintained. (Deal Urgent Treatment Centre)

Queen Victoria Memorial Hospital, Herne Bay – August 2026

I have received excellent care from the members of staff. Everyone has been so kind and caring. I truly have been treated so well with understanding and encouragement. please accept my grateful thanks. You have all been wonderful, I could not have got this far without you.

Sexual health – August 2026

The nurse was able to give more explanations about the implant, knowledge I never had. They are very calm, patient, respectful as well. Courteous warm and peaceful reception.

South East DriveAbility – August 2026

I felt supported, understood and cared for throughout. I was not rushed. You were patient with me. You listened.

Podiatry – August 2026

I was made to feel very welcome. I was greeted with a smile and made to feel very comfortable. We chatted throughout the consultation which helped with any nervous feelings I may have had. I was given a very clear explanation of all procedures.

Rough Sleeper Service – August 2026

I know how to contact the nurse if I need them. They've helped me lots of times and put my mind at rest when I worry, because of my mental health as well as if I m ill.

Physiotherapy (musculoskeletal) – August 2026

The short waiting time between self-referral and first appointment was great. The physiotherapist listened to my symptoms and came up with a manageable plan to help to reduce my pain levels.

Health Visiting Service – August 2026

The health visitor was outstanding. They were so full of joy when they visited. I felt my daughter was so safe with them. They were incredibly informed and we got so much from the appointments. Their empathy was incredible and I felt so supported and empowered as a mother.

Immunisation Service – August 2026

Easy to book appointment, friendly reception staff who made us feel welcome. The immunisation nurse was absolutely wonderful, helped to put my autistic and highly anxious son at ease.

Heart Failure Nursing Service – August 2026

The nurse was incredibly professional and very knowledgeable as well as friendly and sympathetic. Very experienced cardiac nurse. The best.

Podiatric surgery – August 2026

Friendly team, very reassuring and informative about the surgery I would be having and what would happen on the day. Explained the after care. The team are so caring and professional, thank you.

Home First – August 2026

Support workers are cooperative and helpful. They are friendly. Everyone is compassionate and they supported me well.

Looked After Children Nursing Service – August 2026

The nurse was really good with our little ones, including them by talking and playing with the toys with them. They are always amazing and always ask about us too.

Pharmacy Team – August 2026

Pharmacy tech discussed all medicines for going home and listened to concerns regarding blood thinners. Very pleased with all communication that has been had with the pharmacy service.

Lymphoedema Service – August 2026

I learnt so much about my illness during my assessment. I was able to ask questions and did not feel rushed. I was most grateful to the nurse, as they made me understand how to manage my legs and to look after things myself as well as coming to clinic. Very happy.

Dental Services – August 2026

Very good staff. The staff were friendly, caring and professional. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable.

Children’s Hearing Service – August 2026

The member of staff was absolutely excellent; they treated our son with real compassion and care. They explained everything so well.

Continence Service – August 2026

Very helpful clinician; listened carefully and asked lots of relevant questions. Explained things very clearly and took into account my other health issues. They were great.

Community Children’s Nursing Team – August 2026

The whole nursing team has consistently been brilliant, both with our daughter and with communication, organisation and the support we receive as parents. Having the relationship with the nursing team has made a world of difference in how we manage our daughter's long term condition.

Community Chronic Pain Service – August 2026

Accessible building and toilets. The clinician explains everything so clearly and listens to our comments and helps us move further in understanding mindfulness. They are so caring.

Hawkhurst Community Hospital – August 2026

All staff very kind and helpful. It was very relaxing while recovering.

Community orthopaedics – August 2026

Impressive. The practitioner was extremely kind and helpful. Their knowledge was excellent and I was helped and felt very relieved with the outcome.

Epilepsy Service – August 2026

Very helpful and friendly too. The care that they provide is superb.

Adult Community Speech and Language Therapy – August 2026

Highly skilled and talented practitioner offered the very best standard of consultation and treatment. Something so general and fundamental as the voice can make you feel extremely vulnerable. The care I have received has been genuinely life changing.
