Who we are

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) are one of the largest NHS community health providers in England. We provide a wide range of care services across multiple settings and are made up of over 5000 staff from various professions. All of our staff come together to improve and deliver care for around 3.6million people across Kent, East Sussex and London.

To enable us to deliver the best level of care, KCHFT are required to process information about individuals who we care for; in doing so we are a data controller and are registered as such with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).
