Our Values into Action sets out what is expected from each and every one of us, whether our role involves working directly with patients or is in a corporate team supporting clinical services. It helps us creates the culture we want for KCHFT. It describes how we demonstrate our values every day and gives examples of behaviour that doesn’t show this.
Values into Action should be used in all of our activity; recruitment, induction, performance management, appraisal and learning and development to drive effective performance.
