Tissue viability nursing – July 2025

Tuberculosis (TB) Nursing Service – July 2025

The nurse explained the whole process and made sure I understood. They went out of their way to help me with my things. They saw me early as they had time and did not keep me waiting. They did it all with a smile.

In an emergency – July 2025

Seen promptly and dealt with kindly and compassionately. I am deaf and the nurse took particular care to speak carefully to me, so that I could understand.

School Health (Kent) – July 2025

The nurse was lovely, supportive, praised me and reassured me that I was doing a good job. They related and understood my child's additional needs. All appointments were arranged quickly and on time.

Physiotherapy (musculoskeletal) – July 2025

Professional team, focusing on supporting me to understand how and why I suffer back problems. Informative slide show and talk prior to undertaking exercise class. Staff supervise the class well, they are approachable, helpful and supportive.

Podiatric surgery – July 2025

Nurses, reception and surgeon all kind and considerate. All went out of there way to put me at ease and explain what was to happen.

Health Visiting Service – July 2025

The health visitor listened to my worries and also gave advice on what I can do. They showed concern for my wellbeing.

Home Treatment Service (west Kent) – July 2025

Nurses very friendly and professional. Kept me informed of what procedures were to take place. Prompt follow up phone calls.

Epilepsy Service – July 2025

I find the nurses to be very knowledgeable. If I am worried or concerned they listen and understand what they can do to help me, whether it's contacting my neurologist or giving me information that is needed. I feel supported.

Lymphoedema Service – July 2025

I am always pleased with my appointments. The nurses are lovely and the assessment and advice given is great.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service – July 2025

The knowledge and attitude of the staff made the course interesting to participate in. Despite the effort needed, it became more enjoyable as I became used to the exercises.

Podiatry – July 2025

Stafff were very welcoming and made me feel really comfortable. They talked me through everything they done and provided aftercare service. Overall, outstanding service.

Newborn Hearing Screening Programme – July 2025

The staff member was very gentle with my baby and cleaned everything in front of me. Very kind and well informed and also was seen early.

Community orthopaedics – July 2025

The consultant I saw was excellent in providing clear and assuring information regarding the reason for my appointment. They went above and beyond, proving assurances in other issues I am currently addressing. They provided me with a plan for my future assessment, which has made me feel confident that the issue assessed at the appointment is being given. 100% care and attention.

Community Learning Disability Team – July 2025

I always find all the physios very caring, knowledgeable and dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for the people they support.

Community Chronic Pain Service – July 2025

Lots of useful information delivered, with an understanding that everyone would need to use the tools in their own lives

Community Rehabilitation Team – July 2025

Wonderful service, I have really enjoyed it. Lots of different exercises. It has made me feel better, my walking has improved and so has my confidence.

Dental Services – July 2025

The nurse and dental therapist were excellent dealing with my son. Patient and kind, everything was amazing.

Children’s Home-based Short Breaks Service – July 2025

Always great having short breaks here. They make our son happy, giving him someone else to play with. It gives me a much needed break, to get things done that I can't do normally.

Community nursing – July 2025

The nurse was very friendly and made me feel comfortable at the first visit. They arranged other services to come in to help me due to my decline in health. I feel listened to and understood. The nurse went above and beyond to help me today.

Continence Service – July 2025

Clinician was kind and respectful, full of advice and very knowledgeable. Many thanks for your care, the advice has been so helpful.

Children’s Hearing Service – July 2025

Very friendly and professional. They listened to my opinion and that was taken into consideration when planning next steps. Worked in the best interests of my child.

East Sussex School Health – July 2025

There was understanding from the team. I didn't feel so alone, it was nice to have some support.

Cardiac Rehabilitation Service – July 2025

After finishing my eight week rehabilitation course, I am so impressed with the rehab team and can't fault them in anyway. They gave me confidence and helped so much in my recovery, mentally and physically. I shall miss my sessions with them, as they are so caring and thoughtful. (Exercise Physiology)

Adult Neurodevelopmental Service – July 2025

The clinician was everything I could have wished for, helpful, polite understanding and compassionate, yet also professional.

Adult Community Speech and Language Therapy – July 2025

The therapist has a professional approach and is extremely pleasant. They gave context for the advice.
