Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service – February 2026

Specialist Children’s Bladder and Bowel Nursing Team – February 2026

Our nurse is such a lovely and caring person, they never rush us and make sure we are completely happy before leaving. My little girl is such a nervous little thing, but they make her completely at ease and she’s never nervous to go to appointments.

Westbrook House – February 2026

The staff listened and it was wonderful being in the hospital. Staff are very attentive.

Podiatry – February 2026

I was made very comfortable and put at ease for the procedure. The podiatrist explained very clearly and patiently, conducting her work very professionally.

School Health (Kent) – February 2026

The practitioner was very good and shared lots of techniques that helped. They knew what they were talking about and it has been very positive for us.

Home Treatment Service (west Kent) – February 2026

The staff were professional, caring, respectful and non-patronising. Everything was explained and written down. The whole treatment was efficient - it was excellent.

Health Visiting Service – February 2026

The health visitor was very helpful and knowledgeable. Any worries we had, they helped put us on the right path.

Lymphoedema Service – February 2026

I was seen on time. The nurse was pleasant, explained everything in an unhurried way, and answered all my queries in a satisfactory way.

Physiotherapy (musculoskeletal) – February 2026

I felt relaxed immediately. The therapist explained everything to me in detail and gave me the confidence to try out some of the activities. I am looking forward to joining the group and I feel very positive about things.

Immunisation Service – February 2026

The nurse was very good, patient and explained everything to my neurodiverse son who was very anxious. We managed the vaccination without any dysregulation. The room was welcoming, and when we attended at 9.30am very quiet which helped a lot. Thank you.

Newborn Hearing Screening Programme – February 2026

Very efficient service and the audiologist cared for our baby very well. They gave a detailed explantion of what they were doing.

Heart Failure Nursing Service – February 2026

The nurse was so experienced and had a full understanding of my problems. They inspired confidence and made recommendations, which will fine tune my medication. This is an outstanding service and a great asset to NHS.

Podiatric surgery – February 2026

Appointment was on time. The staff were friendly and informative. The consultant was excellent and explained everything perfectly.

East Sussex School Health – February 2026

The nurse was incredibly kind, non-judgemental and supportive. They came to our house for one appointment which was very helpful. They sign posted us in all the right directions, which we have really benefitted from.

Epilepsy Service – February 2026

The nurse took their time to assess my individual needs and care plan, while addressing me with respect.

Community orthopaedics – February 2026

The clinician was excellent and explained everything in a manner I fully understood. I felt listened to and had the space to ask any questions I had.

Community Paediatrics – February 2026

Community Chronic Pain Service – February 2026

I was given the opportunity to talk about my pain and how it originated. I felt listened to and the nurse was thorough with their questions and was very empathetic. Face to face appointment was excellent.

Dietetics and Nutrition Services – February 2026

Continence Service – February 2026

The clinician was so helpful and reassuring. They immediately put me at ease during the appointment and was so friendly, I soon felt relaxed. The clinician is an excellent practitioner and an absolute credit to the NHS and your team.

Dietetics and Nutrition Services – February 2026

Staff have been helpful and supportive. They encouraged me to get moving with the use of my sticks, enabling me to move outside and get into the garden.

The help and knowledge that was provided was excellent. I also spoke to the same person on each appointment and built up a relationship.

Cardiac Rehabilitation Service – February 2026

All members of the team were very helpful and encouraging. The helped me to increase the amount of exercise I could do. I also found the meetings very informative. (Exercise Physiology)

Community Children’s Nursing Team – February 2026

The nurse is fantastic. They are thorough, friendly and have given us great information and guidance when we’ve had concerns. They are flexible with their days and times as well, which is very helpful.
