Dietetics and Nutrition Services – July 2026

The dietitian was delightful. They were helpful and explained everything very clearly and summarised the meeting in a follow-up email. They listened and when I wrote they responded quickly. They gave me lots of great advice. It was a pleasure dealing with them. (Community Dietetics)

The health visitor has been very kind. They are a good listener. They do not judge and have been really kind with the kids.

Hawkhurst Community Hospital – July 2026

Excellent in every part of the hospital. Nursing staff were brilliant, very caring, professional and friendly, treated you as a human being. The cleaning staff always chatty and helpful. The physios were good at getting you motivated into exercises, encouraging all the way.

Home Treatment Service (west Kent) – July 2026

The doctor and HCA were fantastic. Extremely efficient, professional, kind and respectful to both patient and carer. They were quick to respond and have been very supportive whilst still in their care.

The nurse was very good with my three year old son. They spoke to him and gave him their time. Made him feel comfortable so they were able to check his stats without him getting himself worked up. They also supported and listened to me.
