East Sussex Children’s Integrated Therapy and Equipment Service – May 2026

There wasn t too long to wait for an appointment. We were given a good amount of time in the appointment, and everything was explained well and we had the opportunity to ask any questions.

Specialist Children’s Bladder and Bowel Nursing Team – May 2026

The nurse was very thorough, explained everything very clearly and answered all questions and concerns. They were very patient with my daughter and clearly used to interacting with children in appointments. I came away feeling I had much more knowledge and understanding of my daughter and how to help her going forward.

Friendly, helpful staff. The nurse who administered the jab explained clearly to my son what was going to happen and what the immunisation was for and put him at ease.

I wish to give positive feedback about the support worker who came to visit me. They were very polite, attentive and really made me feel at ease at home.

Respiratory Service (east Kent) – May 2026

They are brilliant, knowledgeable, caring, so easy to communicate with and they listen.

Children’s Home-based Short Breaks Service – May 2026

The support worker is absolutely lovely, kind and polite. They look after my son amazingly, look after him like he was their own. They are supportive of myself and my daughter and genuinely a pleasure to have in my home.

Community Learning Disability Team – May 2026

The nurse was so caring and understanding. They managed to sort lots of things out for us and just having her support was so important and it took the stress off me. They were brilliant.
