Tuberculosis (TB) Nursing Service – November 2025

Staff were accommodating and very supportive. They gave information prior to vaccination, to ease our anxiety and they were great with answering our queries.

The practitioner was really helpful and gave different ideas to try and was our voice of support. They gave us reassurance that we were doing the right things and has helped with ongoing referrals and pathways.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service – November 2025

The counsellor has been wonderful and has helped me through a very complex, difficult time. They are sensitive, caring and empathetic. I felt less isolated after our conversations.

Physiotherapy (musculoskeletal) – November 2025

Very good service provided by physiotherapist, in a clear and professional manner. They understood my needs and offered advice and ongoing assistance.

Queen Victoria Memorial Hospital, Herne Bay – November 2025

I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the wonderful staff for looking after mum for the last three weeks. You all do such an amazing job, in looking after everyone with such kindness and care. Thank you all once again.

Respiratory Service (east Kent) – November 2025

The practitioner is always very pleasant and helpful. They went over all my health problems and offered help and guidance for anything that was needed. They also keep a link with the respiratory consultant.

Rough Sleeper Service – November 2025

I struggle to read or write, so the nurse helped me register with a GP.

Sexual health – November 2025

Very easy to book over the phone and my appointment was rescheduled with plenty of notice. No waiting, lovely nurse, very reassuring and informative. Very straight forward and really friendly staff.

Podiatric surgery – November 2025

I was treated with respect and kindness. Everything was explained to me and prepared me for the proposed surgery. It was a comfortable atmosphere and the staff were very patient.

I am always seen on time. The podiatrist is very knowledgeable and experienced. They are caring and kind and always give good advice about caring for my feet.

The staff in the balance groups were amazing, encouraging and helpful at all times. Exercises were relevant and very useful. This class has certainly helped me.

The process was very quick and efficient. Our youngest child, who was upset about the vaccination, was handled in a very friendly way which put him (and us) at ease.
