Urgent Care Team (west Kent) – March 2026

Tuberculosis (TB) Nursing Service – March 2026

The nurses were brilliant with the children, very patient and reassuring.

In an emergency – March 2026

Tonbridge Community Hospital – March 2026

Respiratory Service (east Kent) – March 2026

An excellent visit by the nurse, who suggested a couple of ideas to help me with my breathing. They were very positive regarding my situation, put me completely at ease and was very encouraging. I really enjoyed their visit.

School Health (Kent) – March 2026

The nurse was there to help my daughter, but she really helped me as well. They provided a lot of help and coaching - I didn't expect that. They helped me as much as my daughter. I had the information I needed at the right time and in the right way. I am super grateful.

Pharmacy Team – March 2026

Clinicians were helpful, friendly, patient, and came up with a lot of practical solutions for the patient and patient's family, for what they were facing. (Community team)

Physiotherapy (musculoskeletal) – March 2026

Friendly staff. The physiotherapist is very good and patient with me. They explain all the exercises I need to do. Most of all, they make me feel comfortable.

Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service – March 2026

The team were very helpful and friendly. I gained a lot of confidence about being able to do activities and learned a lot about exercise diet and using my medication properly. (Course)

Podiatric surgery – March 2026

Simply a pleasant and informative meeting from beginning to end. My practitioner was knowledgeable and thorough, but above all courteous and kind.

Sexual health – March 2026

The doctor was very welcoming, explained everything and made me feel very comfortable with the whole situation. They repeated everything I wanted to know, to clarify and was very respectful.

Lymphoedema Service – March 2026

My nurse was very pleasant and explained everything they were doing, as they were doing it. They were empathetic and listened to me, plus I didn t feel rushed.

Frailty Home Treatment Service (east Kent) – March 2026

The team have been absolutely amazing. As a family we have been totally supported. Their care and compassion for us as a family and my Dad has been outstanding. We wouldn t have got through this without them. We cannot express enough gratitude. (Acute Response Team)

Health Visiting Service – March 2026

Looked After Children Nursing Service – March 2026

The nurse was lovely and efficient within their job role. Polite and friendly throughout assessment. Seen within a timely manner and interacted well with child. A real asset to the LAC nursing team.

Diabetes Nursing Service – March 2026

Having continuity and the same specialist nurse dedicated to me at every appointment. My concerns, worries and opinions were listened to, and I was included in all my treatment plans.

Home Treatment Service (west Kent) – March 2026

An excellent service. It was like a dream getting such amazing care at home. Hearing the test results done before our eyes and being able to have a fluid drip was amazing. The doctor and practitioner were caring, expert and thorough - wonderful.

Dental Services – March 2026

Absolutely thrilled with my daughter's first appointment. The dentist was absolutely wonderful and explained everything so thoroughly. We have made an excellent plan for her treatment. I am so happy.

Community orthopaedics – March 2026

The clinician I saw was lovely and very calming. They listened to my concerns and how my life is being impacted. Gave clear next steps which really reassured me.

Heart Failure Nursing Service – March 2026

The nurse has given us so much support and guidance. It has helped me to gain confidence. It has helped my wife knowing that she could always contact them about any concerns she has.

Children’s Home-based Short Breaks Service – March 2026

We have a very good relationship with our short breaks worker, and our daughter loves the sessions. It has given us an opportunity to learn to trust someone else to take care of our child and to get a little bit of breathing space for ourselves.

Adult Community Speech and Language Therapy – March 2026

My speech therapist was very encouraging and efficient. They were very clear and easy to follow, when explaining speech techniques.

Community nursing – March 2026

The staff member was very understanding of my mums, but also my needs as a daughter. The situation was delicate and I was struggling to cope. They listened, I felt heard, and they gave practical advice, implemented changes and followed them through. They supported us as a family, to feel confident in ensuring those changes were positive for everyone. (Health and Social Care Coordinators)

Children’s Asthma Team – March 2026

Our asthma nurse is great at what they do and is very kind and knowledgeable. We have had regular visits from them over the years, and they have always gone above and beyond to help. I find the visits reassuring and helpful.

Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team – March 2026

Two excellent professionals. Physiotherapy and occupational therapist visited promptly, gave good advice and encouraged me to make progress.

Community nursing – March 2026

The nurses are incredibly caring, professional and kind. They don't just care for the patient; they care for the family too.
