Pulmonary Rehabilitation Service – January 2026

Newborn Hearing Screening Programme – January 2026

Lymphoedema Service – January 2026

The specialist Lymphoedema nurse was excellent. They were caring, informative and very professional in dealing with complex neurological conditions that overlap, which impact on the Lymphoedema. My husband and I found the consultation very informative.

Looked After Children Nursing Service – January 2026

The nurse I spoke to was very caring, made me feel very comfortable and made it feel like a safe space to open up.

East Sussex School Health – January 2026

The information given by the practitioner who supported me was amazing. They listened really well and tailored the support specific to my child. They were very personable and took on board his neuro diversity. We got the outcome we hoped for.

Hawkhurst Community Hospital – January 2026

The physios and occupational therapists were very supportive and helpful. I liked being encouraged to be independent.

Podiatry – January 2026

The podiatrist was professional, pleasant and attentive. An enjoyable experience for a medical appointment, to leave with your feet feeling better than when you went in!

Health Visiting Service – January 2026

Physiotherapy (musculoskeletal) – January 2026

Appointment was on time. The physiotherapist is excellent. Very thorough, helpful and explains everything well. They are also very reassuring. I always leave this appointment reassured and confident.

Podiatric surgery – January 2026

Both of the nurses were really welcoming, informative and provided excellent care. They did everything they could to ensure my comfort and safety.

Community nursing – January 2026

Community Rehabilitation Team – January 2026

I was totally supported and motivated to push myself beyond what I thought I could do. High ratio of truly wonderful staff and volunteers to us in class, so felt very safe. I learnt so much! Continence Service – January 2026

The specialist nurse was so helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. They took time to listen and understand my experience and symptoms, and offered really useful advice and options to better manage my health conditions going forward.

Community Paediatrics – January 2026

Appointment was on time. The doctor was very friendly and made our son feel at ease. They were very attentive, asked questions, showing they were there to help. Also, the letter to the GP came really quickly, which was a pleasant surprise.

Diabetes Nursing Service – January 2026

Lots of very helpful advice, important changes made to my insulin regime. Very kind, supportive and knowledgeable staff. (KAT1E course)

Dietetics and Nutrition Services – January 2026

The trainee was very friendly and knowledgeable, they will make a great member of the team. Dietitian is very compassionate and communicated their knowledge in a polite and understandable manner. (Community Dietetics)

Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team – January 2026

Staff were both very friendly and professional. They set exercises and helped extend the movement in my left arm. They were sympathetic and helped me to stay positive about future improvements. They also assessed me and got me a toilet seat, perching stool and a urine bottle for over night.

Community Rehabilitation Team – January 2026

Physio’s were excellent on going through the exercises with us, with their manner and expertise and encouraging us in a thoughtful way.

Community orthopaedics – January 2026

I was reassured on every aspect of my condition, and was advised what we would do to make it better. The practitioner was very professional and kind, someone who can reassure you and talk to you in a nice manner. Makes you feel at ease and better in yourself.

Dental Services – January 2026

Community Learning Disability Team – January 2026

The therapist went over and above to understand the needs of both of our service users, empower our staff and promote a total communication model across the organisation. We all learnt a lot from their expertise and intervention, thank you.

Children’s Hearing Service – January 2026

Care given was exceptional. The experience was approached in a fun way to make my daughter relaxed. She left telling me she wanted to go again! Staff were informative and caring. They made sure I understood and felt knowledgeable about my daughter’s hearing development.

Cardiac Rehabilitation Service – January 2026

Friendly and efficient staff. Made me feel welcome. Although I am limited in movement, they helped me and encouraged me to move. (Exercise Physiology)
