This service is operating in a different way. All appointments will be online, via phone or video call or through appointment-only clinics.
You can access home testing for sexually transmitted infections to avoid attending a clinic. If you are living with HIV and worried about your risk of being affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19), please contact your HIV Nursing Team for more support and advice.
Please contact us, using the details below, to book a phone triage appointment so we can identify the most appropriate service for your needs. Please phone 0300 790 0245 (east Kent) or 01622 225713 (west Kent). Staff will wear full PPE and ask that anyone attending a face-to-face appointment wear a face covering if they are able to do so.

Who we are
We are a consultant-led team of sexual health clinicians which offers high-quality, confidential sexual health services.
What we do
We provide integrated sexual health clinics across East Kent (including Swale) and Medway which offer screening and treatment for sexual transmitted infections; contraception including long acting reversible contraception; HIV treatment and care services; young people’s services and sexual health promotion. Our clinics provide appointments and walk-in sessions across East Kent (including Swale) and Medway.
We support pharmacies that are providing free emergency hormonal contraception to under 30 year olds in Kent and Medway and the delivery of the National Chlamydia Screening Programme in Medway which provides opportunistic screening to under 25 years old.
Our specialist trained therapists also deliver psychosexual therapy services across Kent.
