Who we are
The inpatient ward is overseen by a modern matron with a team of registered nurses, rehabilitation assistants, healthcare assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, a care manager, a pharmacist and visiting medical officer.
What we do
We provide a rehabilitation-focused inpatient approach to care. There are 20 beds available and the hospital takes patients directly from their own homes, and from the acute trusts. The hospital provides a range of healthcare services including inpatient beds, outpatient clinics and comprehensive services for older people. Other services include outpatient consultations in all major specialities such as child health, dental services, investigations, therapy and rehabilitations services other out-of-hour services.
How do you use this service?
Any patient needing to be admitted to the hospital needs to have clear rehabilitation goals that are achievable within an agreed timescale.
Parking and facilities at the hospital
Free parking is available at the hospital for visitors.
There is a coffee machine and vending machine in the main out-patients department and a coffee machine in the Link corridor.
