We’re building a new-look pharmacy team to continue to deliver outstanding medicines management, expert-level advice and professional support to clinical teams across Kent.

No two days are the same in community health. You’ll be working with clinical colleagues in our community hospitals, with our district and community teams, or with our specialist teams in sexual health, dentistry, or with children and young people.

The work is extremely varied; focused on partnership-working and empowering our clinical teams to help patients live as independently as they can, for as long as they can.

We need pharmacists at all levels to help us build on our already strong foundations.

Is it time for you to come to community?

We’re looking for:

• A Deputy Chief Pharmacist (band 8c) to lead, transform and develop our service alongside our Chief Pharmacist.
• Two lead pharmacists (band 8b) and a specialist pharmacist (band 7) to support community hospitals and community nursing.
• Advanced pharmacists in sexual health (HIV) and specialist services including children and young people and dentistry (band 8a).
