Who we are
The physiotherapists within the hand therapy team provide specialist assessments, goal orientated treatment, splinting, advice and education of the hand, advice for daily activities, rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal and rheumatological conditions and post operative cases.
What we do
Your physiotherapists will help you to identify any difficulties you may be having with everyday activities and help you with advice on how to manage these more easily. They may also suggest energy conservation techniques and alternative ways to do certain activities and give you the opportunity to practice these.
How to refer
All referrals must be completed by a GP or healthcare professional using the Hand Therapy referral form.
