Community appointment day for integrated musculoskeletal (IMSK) patients

Most people take 30 to 90 minutes to see everyone they need. Some people can take longer depending on how many clinicians and services they see. After the day you will have the opportunity to book a one-to-one appointment with a clinician, if still required.

If you need an injection, you may need to wait at the venue for 30 minutes.

You will be given an arrival time. Please try not to arrive too early to help us manage numbers. There is no set start or end times for appointments. There may be a short wait to see your first clinician as we give each patient as long as they need. 

Please call the admin team on the number provided at the top of your letter, they will book you in and provide an arrival time.

The Angel Centre is served by buses 218, 402 and 7. The nearest bus stop is High Street, Tonbridge and is a four-minute walk from the leisure centre.

There is pay and display parking available on-site. The disabled parking bays are at the front of the centre.

Our event is all on the ground floor. There will be stewards and signage to help you find your way around. All doors are either automatic or held open.

There is a cafe on site and vending machines are also available.

There may be a large number of people in the space, so if you struggle with crowds or noise sensitivity you may prefer an alternative appointment. Please call us to discuss this.

Disabled toilets are available, just outside the event hall.

There will be lots of information available on the day and if you would find it useful to be accompanied by one other person, then this is absolutely fine.
