Exercise different types

Remember the message is:

“At least 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity, five days of the week”

Many local venues offer a variety of classes similar to pulmonary rehab and are run by experienced and qualified instructors.

Exercise referral schemes are designed to promote physical activity for people who have an existing health condition and are physically inactive, or wish to continue to improve their fitness. They include regular assessments and support throughout.
