Our Podiatry Service is on the move

Our Podiatry Services based at Foster Street in Maidstone will be moving in September 2022.

We have run clinics at Foster Street for many years and you have told us that the building is showing its age and is not as accessible as it could be to allow easy access for everyone to our services.

Parking is limited and access to the site can be difficult as the building is on a steep hill.

We have carefully looked at the options available to us and have found two sites from which we can run our services; Coxheath Clinic and The Churchill Centre at the Royal British Legion Village, Preston Hall.

The rooms will be refurbished to make sure they are a more comfortable environment and will be fully equipped specifically for our Podiatry Service. There is parking available at the Coxheath Clinic.  If using public transport, the Coxheath Clinic can be reached by a direct bus from Maidstone (No 89), running every 30 minutes and the bus stop is approximately five minutes’ walk away.

The Churchill Centre can be reached via bus from Snodland to Maidstone (No 71/71a) running every 15 minutes which stops at Preston Hall and the bus stop is approximately 10 minutes’ walk to the clinic. There is parking available at the Churchill Centre

Our clinic sessions will be held at the same times as we currently offer at Foster Street and patients will see no change within our fantastic clinical team.

Existing patients are being contacted direct so they can choose which clinic they wish to attend once the move is complete. Podiatry Surgery will only be available at the Churchill Centre as it is more convenient for accessing x-ray facilities at Maidstone hospital.
