One You Kent brings health services to Leysdown
Residents of Leysdown-on-Sea will have easier access to essential health and wellbeing support, thanks to the launch of One You Kent's fortnightly sessions at the Eastern Sheppey Community Hub. The Eastern Sheppey Community Hub in Leysdown is committed to supporting the local community. Kicking off their first event at the hub, the One You Kent Team provided over 40 blood pressure checks, along with lifestyle guidance, smokefree support and NHS Health Checks.
The team will be at the hub every other Thursday from 11am to 2pm delivering lifestyle support and smokefree guidance. Health checks will be available on 24 July, 21 August and 18 September.
