1. Warm Up - Please see the Asthma and Lung UK Keep Active Handbook.
2. Get stronger exercises
Complete three rounds of each exercise two to three times per week.
Bicep curls x 10
Using the weight prescribed by your Physiotherapist __________kg
Leg extensions x 10
Using the weight prescribed by your Physiotherapist __________kg
Upright rows x 10
Using the weight prescribed by your Physiotherapist __________kg

Heel raises x 10 (Holding on to a chair for balance)

3. Cardiovascular work five days a week
Walking
10/15/20 minutes
Stairs
1/2/3 minutes
High knees
1/2/3 minutes
