Our role
The Children’s Asthma Team supports and treats children and young people aged between 0-16 years with asthma or suspected asthma. We offer expert skills and resources to children and their families
We also provide education and information on asthma to health professionals within both primary and secondary care.
Who to refer
Any child or young person with
- asthma
- suspected asthma
- episodic viral wheeze
- multi trigger wheeze.
How to Refer
Email copy of discharge letter to below address – please indicate if urgent follow up required.
Primary care: complete referral form.
