Our annual meeting: Join us online
Our annual general meeting and annual members' meeting will take place online from 5 to 7pm on Tuesday, 15 September 2026.
Register using the Microsoft Teams webinar link to join us, hear about our progress over the past year and ask questions of our Chair Colin Lynch, Chief Executive Mairead McCormick and Lead Governor Les Posniak.
During the meeting you will:
- hear how we are improving health and wellbeing across Kent, Medway, East Sussex and London
- learn about progress against our We Care ambitions
- find out how we are developing neighbourhood health services and delivering more care closer to home
- discover how we are supporting colleagues and improving patient experience.
Stronger communities, better health
This year's AGM reflects the theme of our annual report, Stronger communities, better health. Over the past year we have:
- been ranked first among community trusts in England
- supported more than two million patient contacts
- expanded services that help people stay well at home
- reduced waiting times in several services
- strengthened our work to tackle health inequalities
- been recognised nationally as a neighbourhood health pioneer site.
Looking ahead
We'll share how we're working with partners, communities and colleagues to:
- improve access to services
- deliver more joined-up care in local neighbourhoods
- support our workforce
- make the best use of technology and innovation
- continue improving outcomes for local people.
Read our annual report for a snapshot of our work from April 2025 to March 2026 and how we measure our success against our four key ambitions:
- Better patient experience
- Putting communities first
- A great place to work
- Sustainable care
