From additional equipment, which the NHS isn’t able to fund, to helping to say thank you to our volunteers, every penny you give helps. Your generosity helps to support our community hospitals and the 70 or so services we provide for the community in Kent and Medway, East Sussex and parts of London too.
We work with local communities and volunteers who want to raise money for the charity and with our colleagues if they want to contribute or get involved. We also accept donations and legacies.
Kent Community Health Charitable Fund, known under the working name of i care, is governed by a board of trustees and advisors.
If you would like to donate, are planning a fundraising event or just have a question about our charity, we would love to hear from you.
Or, if you are part of a community group or organisation and would like to hear from us about i care, we would be happy to come and talk to you.
A real thank you
Our ‘A real thank you’ campaign raises awareness of the ways people can support i care, including making a donation, leaving a legacy gift or remembering the charity in their will.
Sister Amber and Aletha share in our campaign film how community healthcare teams helped their mum, Barbara Timlett, remain at home during the final weeks of her life.
