We are recruiting community nurses to join our team. This is your chance to be at the forefront of change, helping bring care closer to people’s homes and into the heart of the community.
Opening this autumn, the new health and wellbeing centre will bring together a wide range of NHS community services, voluntary organisations and a brand-new community diagnostic centre, all under one roof. It will also become the new home for St Peter’s GP practice.
Interviews will be held at the site of the new hub on Saturday, 19 July, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet members of the community nursing team in Thanet.
