What we do
We deliver the routine national immunisation programme to school-aged children whether they are in school or home-educated. We offer vaccinations at your child’s school or in community clinics.
Vaccines are the most important thing we can do to protect ourselves and our children against ill health now and in the future. The NHS has a guide to help you understand the vaccines offered in the UK and when to have them. It also explains how they work and why they're safe and important.
You can find out more about the vaccines offered to your child before school, and when they are at primary school and secondary school on our Kent Family website.
Kent Family
Kent Family is here for your child's growth, happiness, and health.
Vaccination form
Click on the child vaccination form button to consent or decline the vaccination for your child. You only need a few details to complete the form, either your child’s NHS number, or if you don’t have that to hand, their name, date of birth and school name.
If your child has missed an immunisation at school, is home educated or you would prefer to have their immunisation outside the school setting, you can book an appointment at one of our community immunisation clinics.
GPs or other health professionals can refer children to us using the professional referral form.

We're really sorry but we are temporarily unable to offer the option to contact our sexual health, school health or school-age immunisation services by text or online chat.
We're working hard behind the scenes to get this up and running again.
If calling our phoneline, you may find you have to wait a bit longer than usual.
Our ChatHealth service for teenagers is not affected.
