We’re looking for a team of consultants to take forward a dynamic and innovative new programme in east Kent, dedicated to keeping older people with frailty out of hospital and at home for longer.

We’re all about innovation. During the pandemic we provided hospital-level treatment for nearly 300 people at home, including people with covid-19, with oxygen and dexamethasone.

We’re working in partnership across acute and community settings so you can create your own role – and choose your own hours to suit your ambitions and commitments.
We’re already working in a multi-professional way with over 25 Advanced Clinical Practitioners in the combined acute and community frailty teams working to support frail older people in east Kent.
