Who we are

We are a specialist health improvement service which works to national guidance such as the Healthy Child and Healthy Schools programmes and aims to give children the best possible start in life by promoting healthy eating, physical activity and support for emotional health and wellbeing.

What we do

We support managers, teachers and support staff in schools and other settings to encourage them to promote healthy behaviour and we help ensure easy access to healthy options and quality personal, social and health education (PSHE).

We provide advice, training, resources and support materials on a range of issues designed to involve the whole school community in identifying, working towards and monitoring improvements.
