Career drop-in open days in Maidstone

Ever wondered what it would be like to work for an outstanding community NHS trust?

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust will be holding two open days later this month (October) for nurses, nurse associates or healthcare assistants interested in joining our urgent care team in west Kent.

Urgent care is an expanding area of the NHS and we’re looking for enthusiastic newly-qualified or experienced professionals to join our friendly and professional NHS team. The Urgent Care Service in west Kent provides a two-hour response to patients in crisis at home. Our aim is to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and help facilitate early discharge from acute hospitals.

The long-term plan for the NHS emphasises the importance of community-based care and a collaborative approach to the delivery of health and social care, meaning there has never been a better time to join us.

At our open days you can meet and talk to existing members of the team and discover more about the great career opportunities involved with being part of #TeamKCHFT.

You could have an on-the-spot interview and even leave with a firm job offer on the day.

The open days will take place on:

  • Friday, 22 October from 9am to 4pm
  • Saturday, 23 October 10am to 3pm.

You can pre-book a time, or just come along to:

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust
Unit D, Hermitage Court,
Hermitage Lane,
Maidstone ME16 9NT.

We’re a friendly bunch so children are welcome and refreshments will be provided. There’s plenty of free parking on-site.

Looking for professional development? We can support that too! Our career pathways will help you achieve your aspirations.
