As NHS dental providers ourselves we know how important it is to ensure the equipment you operate is reliable and working safely and efficiently so that you can deliver the best service to your patients.

We understand the impact an equipment breakdown can have on your business. Our manufacturer trained engineers have many years’ experience in a range of healthcare engineering disciplines. We have developed high level technical knowledge of many brands of dental equipment and have the combined experience of supporting local NHS community dental services for over 20 years.

We have long established relationships with dental equipment suppliers and major manufacturers and also other technical and healthcare professionals and are able to source and supply spare parts for most brands of dental equipment.

What services can we offer?

Bespoke equipment servicing packages for your equipment

We don’t believe in a “one package fits all” approach to servicing as not all equipment is the same. We follow manufacturers guidance for your equipment make and model to ensure that your equipment is maintained correctly which helps to minimise breakdowns and disruption to your business. We can advise on the correct maintenance schedule for your surgery equipment and also offer advice on compliance and testing for X-Ray equipment, Decontamination equipment and patient lifting and pressure vessel regulations.

Staff training

We can help with staff training for HTM01-05 decontamination equipment testing and validation. We can tailor training for your practice equipment so that your staff understand exactly what tests they need to carry out, how to do the testing and what information they need to record so that you can ensure your practice is compliant.

Advice

Advice on CQC compliance for your dental equipment. We can help you to determine what testing and inspections you need to have in place for your equipment to ensure you are compliant.

Fast response to emergency breakdown calls

To get you back up and running as quickly as possible. Often we can attend the same day or next day if needed and will always try to work around your clinic schedule to minimise disruption to your business. When you contact us, if we can offer troubleshooting advice over the phone to try and help you solve the issue and avoid an engineer visit if possible, we will do so.

Engineering workshop

Inevitably, even well maintained equipment may require parts to be replaced at some point due to accidental damage or wear and tear. If we can’t fix your equipment on site we have an engineering workshop facility located in Faversham and can often strip and rebuild equipment in house quickly. We also have loan equipment that we can lend you to keep you up and running until we can return your repaired equipment. For anything we can’t repair locally, we have very good relationships with the technical support teams at most major manufacturers so can organise for a factory repair to be carried out for you if needed.

PAT testing

All of our engineers are trained to carry out PAT testing for your portable appliances.
