Be part of the care revolution!

We're recruiting now

Could you give better care to patients if you had more freedom and time to do things YOUR way?

Would you like to be part of a revolutionary NHS team that is self-managing, can share responsibility, and make decisions together?

We’re recruiting now for brilliant people with a totally different mind-set to join us on a journey to transform community care and bring the principles of Buurtzorg to beautiful west Kent.

What is it?

Buurtzorg is an innovative nurse-led model that has revolutionised community care in the Netherlands. Founded by Jos de Blok in 2006, it’s based on small self-managing teams, who spend at least 60 per cent of their time with patients.

Where is it?

You’ll be based in beautiful Edenbridge – just a 15 minute drive from the M25 but a world away. It’s a great place to explore the incredible countryside of west Kent and the nearby towns of Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.

Who?

If you are a confident, qualified nurse or care worker with a passion to do things differently, we need you!

We are also recruiting a regional coach (one-day a week internal secondment (indicative band 7)).

This role is all about supporting the three TICC teams to become more confident in their abilities to self-manage. It’s a fantastic opportunity to further develop coaching skills and help improve leadership competency for anyone aspiring to a leadership role.
