Band 5 and 6 Physiotherapists – East Kent community rehabilitation recruitment event

Are you looking for a change, a new challenge or return to practice?

Do you want a job that offers you the opportunity to work flexibly in a dynamic inter-professional team? As part of our Community Rehabilitation teams across east Kent you can give quality time to adult patients with complex needs in their home environment; helping them to meet personalised goals.

You will have the freedom to plan care in your own way, with time to develop your assessment and treatment skills, and with access to great supervision and support from clinical leads.

We hold regular in-service training sessions, allocated CPD, and clinical special interest groups. We are at the forefront of therapy research, shaping the future of therapy in the community, which you can be a part of.

We believe in treating the whole person, not the condition.

We will support you to develop your people management skills, equipping you as a future leader in our dynamic organisation.  The new 10 year plan for the NHS puts community-based care at the heart of health transformation - meaning there’s never been a better time to join us.

KCHFT is a great place to work - but don’t just take our word for it.  In our most recent report the CQC rated us as ‘outstanding’; and said:

  • Staff felt supported, valued and respected
  • They felt proud to work for the trust and were committed to the vision and values of the organisation
  • There are high levels of staff satisfaction
  • Staff are proud of the organisation as a place to work and spoke highly of the culture.

We are the only major NHS provider in the South East to be rated as ‘outstanding’ and one of only three community providers in the UK to have the highest rating; so why not join us? #cometocommunity

We need exceptional people to join our teams across east Kent including:

  • Dover and Deal
  • Folkestone and Hythe
  • Ashford and villages
  • Canterbury, Whitstable and Herne Bay
