  • Do not like to write down my injury / illness details on the booking-in form. (Folkestone WIC)

    We have updated our booking-in form to read 'If you do not wish to write your illness/injury then please write 'personal'.
  • You were concerned about being overhead when giving personal details at reception.

    We displayed a notice informing patients that a form is available for completing personal details rather than giving them verbally (Edenbridge Minor Injury Unit).
  • We want easier access to clear patient information leaflets.

    We set up a Patient Information Library on our website.
