  • Civil partner’ should be a 'next of kin' option on booking-in system.

    Civil parter has now been added as an option on our booking-in system.
  • Do not like to write down my injury / illness details on the booking-in form. (Folkestone WIC)

    We have updated our booking-in form to read 'If you do not wish to write your illness/injury then please write 'personal'.
  • You were concerned about being overhead when giving personal details at reception.

    We displayed a notice informing patients that a form is available for completing personal details rather than giving them verbally (Edenbridge Minor Injury Unit).
